How can I relieve a headache naturally without using over the counter medication?

Headache arise from a variety of reasons such as lack of sleep, stress/tension, hunger, dehydration, etc… There are various ways to relieve a headache naturally. A drop of peppermint essential oil rubbed on your temples can help to relieve headache pain. A cool compress to your forehead, slow deep breaths and resting helps as well. Drink water as you may be dehydrated, preferably room temperature. Mild exercise sometimes helps as well a meditation and yoga. My favorite way to relieve a headache though is to do Tapping. Using the Tapping technique, where you tap on key meridian points with your fingers in sequence is extremely effective relieving headaches and many other forms of pain.
